KwaZulu Natal Government Bursary opportunities 2018 
The KwaZulu Natal government is offering Bursary opportunities to students who are residents of KwaZulu Natal in conjunction with the following departments:
  • Department of Art and Culture
  • Department of Agriculture & Rural Development
  • Department of Public Works
  • Department of Co-Operative Governance & Traditional Affairs
  • Department of Provisional Treasury
  • Department of Economic Development, Tourism & Environment Affairs.
Applicants must be:
  • Resident of KZN
  • Have matric or grade 12
  • Age between 18-35 years
  • Students in possession of a provisional acceptance letter from a public institution of higher education
  • Studying in fields of indicated on attached advert
  • Students who are currently studying in the areas indicated on attached advert
  • Preference will be given to students who will purse studies at institution in KwaZulu Natal province

The University KwaZulu-Natal has gratefully received a generous bequest via the terms of the last Will of Winifred Jane Turner, mother of the late “Rick” Turner who was so tragically assassinated during the apartheid era. The University is pleased to establish a Bursary Fund in memory of the late Richard Turner.
