Prof. Tulio de Oliveira is the director of KRISP at the Nelson R Mandela School of Medicine, UKZN, South Africa. He is an Associate Professor at the Department of Global Health, University of Washington and a senior research fellow at CAPRISA. He is a trained bioinformatician and has published over 150 manuscripts, including a recent bioinformatics tool for genomics analysis of coronavirus genomes.
