EWS and WASH R&D Centre webinar

eThekwini Water and Sanitation (EWS), UKZN WASH R&D Centre and MILE invite you to a webinar on the research collaboration between EWS and UKZN WASH R&D Centre.

The research collaboration between the University of KwaZulu-Natal and EWS dates back to early 2006, when a formal agreement was signed between the two institutions. EWS has recognised the value of research and innovation in delivering water and sanitation services for over a decade. The interaction with UKZN has enabled joint research projects to be undertaken which focus on providing solutions within a developing country context. The research collaboration has led to successes while also working to address current and anticipated changes through research and innovation which will enable sustainable, cost effective and customer-centric services. Another important benefit is the development ofpost graduate students who have skills, knowledge and experience in the water and sanitation field. This webinar will comprise of presentations on some of the projects undertaken within this research collaboration.
