Monica Luwes – Manager Graduate Centre & Development Programmes
Bio: Monica has been working at the Sasol Graduate Centre for over 10 years where she is responsible for the bursary selection and placement of graduates in the Sasol organisation. She oversees the progress of the development of graduates in the graduate placement programme and her passion for young graduate development has enabled many successful careers at Sasol.
Martin Peet – Senior Specialist – Process Safety
Bio: Martin has worked for Sasol since 1998 and has spent this time working in the process safety team in the capital projects environment. He has extensive experience in HAZOP facilitation and has represented Sasol on many projects with various engineering houses including: Technip, Lyon; Technicas, Madrid; Hyundai, Seoul; Linde, Munich; Technip, Rome and many SA-based projects. Martin has a passion for training young engineers in the fundamentals of process safety and has presented in-house training since the early 2000s.
