Three Minute Thesis Competition
The University of KwaZulu-Natal, Research Division Cordially invites you to attend the Three Minute Thesis Competition.
The three-minute thesis competition requires PhD students to orate the substance of their research and its significance in just three minutes. They are permitted to talk to only one slide (no animations/automations are permitted). The challenge is to consolidate research ideas and findings and to present these convincingly to a non-specialist audiences. Colleges have each already identified a winner and runner-up to participate in the institutional competition which will be held virtually.
At the institutional competition, a winner and runner-up for UKZN will be identified to participate in the national competition being hosted by the University of the Free State in October 2022.
