Webinar – Mainstreaming neglected and underutilised species for food and nutritional security

The webinar features segments on plant breeding, ecological adaptation, urban systems, capacity building, market linkages, and policy landscape, followed by participant discussion of each segment.
This webinar is a virtual side event endorsed by the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), leading up to its Science and Innovation Forum. Panellists include researchers, practitioners, and professionals working in each domain. The event aligns with FAO thematic areas of Better Production, Better Nutrition, and Better Environment, and will interest those working on Sub-Saharan Africa, the Global South, and North-South collaborations.
