Webinar – Evidence-based policy for sustainable and healthy food systems

The webinar will consist of three segments, one per country. During each segment, evidence synthesised over 5 years and related country-specific policy recommendations are presented. This is followed by invited panellists and participants discussing pathways to address changes, challenges, and opportunities in respective countries in the near future.

This webinar is a virtual side event endorsed by the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), leading up to its Science and Innovation Forum. Panellists include practitioners and policymakers from each of the countries. The event aligns with FAO thematic areas of Better Production, Better Nutrition, and Better Environment, and will be of interest to a broad range of food system stakeholders in the Global North and South.
